Steven Baileys, of the Inter Cultural Association of Greater Victora, will speak on the diverse range of situations in which inclusiveness is an important factor. As ICA's Community Development Coordinator, Steven works with a wide range of people, such as police officers, different religious groups, and recent immigrants from around the world.
