Welcome to our changing church. When we moved out of our historic Sanctuary while renovations were underway, we are gathered in the traditional daycare space. Here each week we celebrated together, gave thanks for how flexible everyone was being, and rejoiced that the acoustics amplified our singing! We have learned to be adaptable with good grace, to keep a good sense of humour, and that cookies make everything better!
We return to our heritage Sanctuary on October 6th!
Everyone is invited to the new Shadywood Centre Open House on October 5th from 12.30. Emplore the new building and the very old Church (1895), enjoy seasonal refreshments, and join a guided tour of the adjacent historic Shady Creek Cemetery.
Our official dedication ceremony will take place on October 6 at 1.00pm

Work continues on the addition to our historic Sanctuary
We are a semi-rural congregation and are happy to promote local agriculture. In fact, thanks to a generous member of our congregation CSUC is proud to be sponsoring prizes at this years Annual Saanich Fair in the categories of flowers and vegitables!
