Join us for a new monthly series that offers space for meaningful practices and conversation about the world we’re living in. In Times Such as These will feature guest speakers, practical tools, and thoughtful dialogue on a wide range of topics—from mindfulness and mental health to democracy, housing, and health care.
Each session will be different, grounded in what feels timely, relevant, and needed. Come to listen, to learn, to share. All are welcome.
Wednesday Oct 1, 2– 4pm: The Art of Wellness FREE workshop
What happens in the brain and body when we make things? How can art making support mental health? Come learn some practical tools for caring for ourselves and our loved ones in difficult times. No art skills are required.
This is an experiential workshop on the therapeutic benefits of art making, not an art therapy session.
