United Church Women

Groups of the United Church Women can be found across Canada.  Their mission is "to love God; foster Christian commitment, faithfulness and spirituality; and promote respect and love for all God's creation."   Active supporters of many worwhile programs in both church and community, our local group also is a source of fellowship and support for its members. They are well known for their talent in catering, putting on bazaars and providng refreshments at various events.  Meetings are on the third Friday of the month @ 10:00 am, September to June.  Click here to learn more about the UCW.
